Marc Hors, photographer and speaker, offers inspiring audiovisual talks based on his extraordinary bicycle journey across the American continent, from Alaska to Puerto Williams in Chilean Antarctica, an adventure that lasted five years. During the 60-minute presentation, Marc showcases a powerful set of images he captured, exploring anthropological aspects, photographic concepts, and sharing the personal and emotional experiences he lived throughout this journey of self-discovery. He also addresses topics such as the preparation for a journey of this magnitude, the psychology needed to face the challenges of the road, the hidden aspects of a nomadic life, and the dynamics of traveling as a couple.
Throughout the presentation, Marc delves into key concepts that defined his journey, such as self-sufficiency, discipline, perseverance, perspective, having a goal and purpose, managing fear, empathy, and resilience. These values form the core of an inspiring narrative that invites reflection.
